    “Flight Simulator” Rx @ 6000′ elevation, 37 minutes. Probably well past the DNF time limit, but once I started coming back down I really wanted to finish.

    My shoulders were burning for at least 10 minutes afterward – does everyone else get that also, or does it say something about my technique and/or relative strength?
