    the day i leave the country is the day we do Fran. i haven’t returned to this workout since learning to kip.

      Jason, I’m pretty sure arrangements can be made. . . I know several of us are looking for a rematch already.

      Also, if you are considering giving food to Bread for the City through the drive at MPH, you may also want to consider giving directly to Bread. They recently posted an interesting article on their blog about the relative value of giving non-perishable items versus giving money.

      The take away is, for the cost of one donated canned good, Bread can purchase 5 cans wholesale. Definitely clean out the cupboards and donate via the box at MPH, but also consider going right to the source. Added bonus, you get a receipt for your donation this way. You can give “in honor” of the MPH holiday food and clothing drive via the website at https://donate.breadforthecity.org/
