    Wanted to share something Jeff W. said to me today: “You can do more than you think you can; we all can.” While I have heard this in some form or fashion many times before, Jeff’s take really resonated. Especially since Jeff has a well of determination deeper than anyone I’ve ever met. You dominated on this workout, and it was a pleasure counting for you, Jeff!
