#178: 37:02. did this on a treadmill so the time seems off (faster than I would have been outside). I also just don’t like the treadmill experience.
I did #178 on Tuesday, 2 miles in 14:51
#178 1/18/12: 26:20
Only had time for a 5K this morning after doing a warmup and some jump rope–had to leave at 8am for an all-day client meeting up in Baltimore so I figured 5k was better than nothing.
#179 (outside MPH): 35, 35, 36, 36, 38, 34, 33, 35. Definitely feeling it in my legs. I did 70 meters of foul (2:21) when Lefty told me that it doesn’t count as a foul if my deviation is faster than a previous time.
#179 1/19 @MPH:
:35, :33, :35, 33, :37, :34, :35, :34
Looks like I was wrong–it’s if you deviate slower than 3 seconds from your fastest interval you foul.
Bah. So I owe a foul–I’ll do it tonight.
#179 0:37; 0:38; 0:38; 0:38
Did the foul anyway.
