    OTB

    Tabata deadlift with one 50-lb dumbbell on its side, min = 7
    Tabata squat, min = 13
    Muscle-up-like motion (lat pull-down plus tricep extension) with unlabeled weight (8 plates – maybe 80 or 120 lbs), 14 in 4 minutes

    Hey guys I did the OTB workout improvising the strict pullups in a bar that could have collapsed anytime, felt good to do pullups again after a few weeks,
    tabata squats: minimum number of repetitions on one interval was 18 and I completed 22 strict pullups in 4 minutes.

    A big CONGRATS to Rob for a 400lb deadlift! That was impressive. After that performance, I think Neil is rethinking his choice of knee-high socks for the deadlift and going to opt for low-cut white socks. Seems to work for Rob.
