    OTB: sub feet-on-exercise-ball shoulder-width push-ups for handstand hold, total of 69 in 7 sets. Also did 3 dumbbell snatches between each set, starting at 25-lbs and working up to 40-lb dumbbells.

    Yesterday, 8-mile run in 59:31 (7:26 pace).

    I did back squat and shoulder press WOD from Sat (posted there) but added 35# kb swings 7 and box jumps (24inch) 7 for 7 rounds – I messed up the timer but think 10-12 minutes approx… There was no great place to do handstand holds.
