Gauntlet
100 barbell repetitions for time:
25x box jump, 24″ platform
max hang power clean @ 155/105-lbs.
25x squat
max front squat
25x pushup
max push press

In this workout, you may only rest and re-grip in the hang or front rack position during the hang power clean, and only in the front rack position during the front squat and push press. Any other position constitutes termination of the max effort.

If you have not reached 100 barbell repetitions by the end of the push press in round one, you must continue to cycle through the exercises (rounds) from the beginning, until 100 barbell repetitions are achieved or until the end of the 20-minute time limit.

Compare results to October 25, 2010.

    I couldn’t stop thinking about the “Gauntlet” all day and my dnf. I want a rematch and soon, hopefully I don’t have to wait a year or more from today.
