#184 24:07 (7:46 pace)
Got stuck at just about every traffic light between my apartment and the White House, so thank goodness for the Garmin. The overall time is a PR, but I’m sure I benefited a bit from getting stuck at the traffic lights giving me a few seconds of rest.
Knee felt pretty good–felt it get a little tight about halfway in but it loosened up and was never painful during, or after the run, so that’s a big improvement over last week’s 10k.
#184 sub: 2k row: 9:11
~10- 12 seconds off PR pace but I was pretty tired.
#184: 25:00ish
Apparently Garmin isn’t Asian tech as I’m having some technical difficulties. :-/
#184: 23:40 — I think because I’ve been slacking for the past two weeks and haven’t run, this one was really fun.
