200m run
–rest 200m time–
400m run

600m run
–rest 600m time–
- Deviate slower than five seconds per the worst previous equivalent interval (distance) down the ladder, and foul
- Foul* = two-minutes max burpee
- You may foul more than once

I think I was able to recover the times for the first round, but the lap function did not record the remaining ones.. I ordered a new garmin, so maybe it works better next time. These were the first times: 0:49, 1:41, 2:41
