    Every day I learn something by CrossFitting. Today I learned I have been getting too comfortable and thinking about max lift days as “easy.” Well, that’s no way to get a PR, and I didn’t. The lesson for today: Never get comfortable with where you are. Strive for more every day. Never get so comfortable that you doubt your ability to go above and beyond what you have in the past.

    Congratulations to Jim! But, I have to ask, what prompted you to do 110 pushups yesterday?

    Coaches: My scores look wrong on this. I don’t remember exactly, but the last few reps were something like 65-70-75-80-80.
