    Greetings from Fort Sam!! This is my first ever OTB post (lame, I know). They’ve got us staying at a hotel off post with limited facilities. So this is much modified:

    Dumbbell Clean
    3 3 3 3

    Then, three rounds, rest amply between rounds
    25 Weighted sit-up @ 20 lbs
    Max push-up
    40, 45, 50, 50(largest db was 50 lbs) 54 (nothing to pull from).
