    3 rounds for time

    20x single arm snatch @ 40lbs
    20x power clean @ 115lbs
    20x pushups


    Wasn’t comfortable doing the split clean because I havent done them before, and based on the setup at the gym, I couldn’t run during each round. So, I improvised and ran 1 mile at a very slow pace after I was done to make up for it. Cheers.
