    first, HUGE congrats to Rob K, the new dad and his super ballsy second go at 12.2 on saturday. one of the coolest things ive seen at the box in a long time.

    second, i use this to ice my shoulders:
    i put it on and can then go do other things. no more sittin’ on ass just to ice- now i can go do the dishes, play my tuba or whatever. i recommend it if you are a multi-tasker.

    third, ugh, what a nasty photo of my jumping-jack snatch technique!

    3 rounds 20x squat, 10x normal burpee, then 3 rounds 10x shoulder press with 30-lb dumbbells, 10x heavy lat pull-downs

    11:45 (shoulder presses were very broken)
