      … last time I did this I had the 7 burpees at the top of every minute. I recall John’s maniacal laughter as he explained, “You asked about CrossFit Endurance. Consider this your introduction.” I also recall having to hurdle over a bicycle to avoid the last seven burpees.

      … of 266 burpees. My hands were shredded, my lungs were raw, and I think I inhaled a few pebbles… and I had an awesome time doing it.

      Interestingly, I’m OTB tomorrow. I’ll see if I can squeeze this out in between my meetings.

    Loved this WOD, though next time I’m going to try to keep up with Ralph who got in under 30 minutes! Way to go, Ralph! Great picture of Tamra dominating the Box Jump!
