6 sets of the following Complex :
High Hang Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean + Push Press
High Hang Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean + Push Jerk
High Hang Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean + Split Jerk
One set consists of all 12 reps. Try not to drop the bar during the entire set; if you must drop after the Overhead movements, it’s allowed, just be quick to get back on the bar.
They said to start at 50% of your one rep max squat clean and the goal was to try to go up in weight with every set.

This was a fun workout! I think I could have done more weight, but grip was more of a limiting factor than the weight!
Big kudos to CP for knocking out yesterday’s WOD @ 135# and still completely crushing it. Thanks to Dave R for a great 12PM duel, that was a fun hour.
