    Steve d at home in the alley:
    The (sqt) clns felt/looked ok so i just kept adding weight starting at 185.
    Top 3 were:
    205 210 220 ( the last increment was because i wanted to pr) Then i stopped there, i didn’t want to look a gift horse in the mouth.

    Ps: if you ever find yourself wodding outta the box and there is a technical move in the workout, i recommend videoing yourself and critiqueing your own form. I find it very helpful b/c what i feel and what my moves look like can be worlds apart.
