    Crossfit Central Helsinki, Finland:
    A) For Quality: 5 rounds of 2-position (tall, mid) Squat Clean Barbell
    I think I did more than 5 rounds in total, used 25kg

    B) On The Minute: 6 rounds of, 5 x Front Squat Barbell (@70% 1 rep max from Monday)
    Did not remember my 1 rep max, ended up having 40kg

    C) For Quality: 20 x Box Jump (high)
    I think the box was about 24 inch + 15 kg plate
