    The WOD at MPH looked great! Here is the workout I did this morning at Core Crossfit in Phoenix:

    STRENGTH
    A1. Weighted Pull Ups 4X4 (using the resistance of a partner, no actual weights)
    A2. Good Morning 5 Reps (95 LBS)

    Then (Time: 10:46)
    3 Rounds of
    400m Run
    50 Squats
