    130lbs OH sequence – 2 x 5
    Snatch, OHS, squat balance, OHS

    15,12,9 308 lbs deadlift plus lateral burpee (thats what it was called but its not what we did) in 8 min
    DNF – 1 deadlift of 9 (sub 264lbs)

    AMRAP turkish get up in five min
    35lb – 12 rounds
