    First off, a big “congrats” and a huge hug to Christy for a job well done this weekend. It was great thing to watch and we all look forward to cheering you on in the future.

    Also, I’m pretty certain that I found the inspiration for James H’s morning shake. In fact, I sort of see him giggling like these two as he adds each delicious ingredient.

      Come on guys. They aren’t that bad! I promise. Three egg whites – scoop of cashew butter – dash of vanilla – tbs of cocoa powder – half a banana – half cup almond milk. Blend. Yum.
