    Wow! I woke up to check the scores of Wednesday’s WOD and then I am instantly disappointed — unless there is a typo, Chris C. crushed this WOD and did each round on average sub :40 seconds — because I can’t believe i missed this performance!!!! Great Job Chris.

      Thanks dude, that’s one great thing about crossfit- you can have a workout you’re really well suited to one day, and the next (today), one that will humble you. Now if we could only get one like Wednesday’s on a Friday…
