Deadlifts and back squats are the greatest movements ever created. Clearly the best, and only true indicators of overall fitness… and awesomeness…

least favorite: .. defeat, thy name is double-under.
needs improvement: umm. anything that requires mobility in my right leg… squats, in particular…
Favorite: weighted pull-ups
Least favorite: single-arm squat snatches and handstand pushups.- I just can’t do them.
OTB: hang power clean + 2x jerk 1-1-1-1-1 (misread yesterday’s WOD to read power clean instead of squat clean):

Faves: deadlift, overhead squats, and thrusters
Dread: tuck jumps (reason #1 to master double unders), single leg squat, lots and lots of pushups in a row.
Needs work: too long to list!
Favorites: strict pull-ups, cleans, jerks, loaded squats, double unders
Least favorite: handstand pushups
Needs improvement: everything can always be stronger, more efficient and faster!

Favorite: cleans, jerks, snatch, single leg squat
Least favorite: thrusters, rowing
Needs improvement: Pretty much everything, but in particular front squats, double unders, hspus, wall ball
Favorites: backsquats and jerks. After that almost any lift.
Least favorite/needs improvement: running, rowing, box jumps.
Favorite: any single rep max effort, except thrusters.
Least Favorite: thrusters and rowing.
Needs Improvement: double unders, thrusters, pull-ups/muscle-ups, and rowing
Favorite: Shoulder press, push press, jerk, and handstand pushups
Despised: The Rs, rows and running
Needs work: The Rs, muscle ups, shoot…everything 🙂
Favorite: Cleans of any variety, Muscle ups, favorite benchmark workout “Cindy”
Least Favorite: Lately it is anything involving a run, but mostly Hand-stand push-ups…damn my long arms and weak shoulders.
Needs work: Everything especially HSPUs and double unders.
