As we learned a few weeks ago, two Helens are NOT better than one. I was as surprised as everyone.
Rob, we are aware that you have a special relationship with this little lady (if you don’t know what I’m talking about, scroll through the comments sections of the “compare to’s” for the last couple of years).
I’m excited to see how she treats you tomorrow…hopefully, you will get the best of her this time.

I would do Helen three times a day for a year before doing bicep curls. i have never loved my skinny arms more than i do today.

I am going to have a difficult time sleeping tonight after seeing these creepy pictures.
May I point out that 31″ arms does not mean 31″ biceps. He clearly has huge triceps as well.
And Popeye did not have big biceps, he had large forearms. How dare they equate this weightlifting disaster to a true American hero!
