    ..on a very serious note– it is a well known fact that zombies cannot chase you on trapeze. i recommend every one try to cultivate their skills in escaping the undead horde.

    First, I don’t understand this zombie phenomenon and I don’t want to. Second, this zombie-inspired WOD left me with bruised shoulders, shaking hands, and the grip of a five year old. Looking forward to resuming a regular WOD. Lastly, thanks to the 6am class for helping me push through the thrusters.

    So is it… a big hilarious joke from Uncle Sam to inspire folks to prepare for natural disasters by using the zombie threat as a satirical device? ..OoooOOooorrrrR is the federal government preparing us for the inevitable doomsday that can only be unleashed by armies of reanimated corpses roaming the earth?

    Of all the supernatural threats to prepare for (stomach-eating aliens, sparkly vampires, flee-ridden werwolves), zombies are the only one the government has ever spoken of.. coincidence? I think not.

    …also.. I just tried to tie my shoe and my grip failed. Looks like it’s loafers today. ;D

    Coaches, thanks for encouraging/allowing us to wear Halloween costumes today. Seeing Mayra kicking it in her 80’s aerobic wear and Jason pushing through in his zombie-killer gear made for a fun 7 am wod. I hope we make this a new tradition.
