    First– that body armor pretty much saved my shoulders from bruising during the thrusters…. and simultaneously made any overhead motion impossible due to it’s bulk. Let us hope that zombies do not care about my form as much as the coaches do!

    Second–

    TEAM HANG POWER STACHE NEEDS YOUR SUPPORT! As reported in this site mere days ago, the DC Rollergirls have joined our team (http://us.movember.com/team/497985) in solidarity of our goal to promote men’s health. They’ll be helping us raise funds for Hang Power Stache (which I am trying to coin as “The Hairiest in DC”… trademark pending) and have chosen to have Movember as their sponsored charity this month.

    As such, the rollergirls will be hosting our team during their bout this Saturday in at the Dulles Sportsplex. We will be manning a donation table (volunteers from the team are encouraged to help– contact me for free volunteer admission) and showing off our mo’s.
