At the request of our fearless mustachio’d leader, Matt W., just another head’s up about this weekend’s festivities with the DC Rollergirls:
Come out and support Team Hang Power Stache!
As you all know by now, MPH Athletes, coaches, and friends, have been promoting the Movember charity for men’s health issues. The team, Hang Power Stache (http://us.movember.com/team/497985) is fundraising for prostate and testicular cancer initiatives, and looking good doing it. At the time of writing this, we have raised $1,881 and are ranked 7th in DC!
We’re also sponsored guests at this weekend’s DC Rollergirl bout, as Movember is their charity cause for the month. We’ll be volunteering at a fundraising booth and would love for the MPH community (and friends and family) to come out and support our ‘staches and awesome attitude.
While the bout is not as convenient as last time (it’s out near Dulles), it’ll still be the same action-packed fun as before! Hang Power Stache team members that can volunteer at the booth will get free admission, so let Matt/coaches/myself know if you’re willing and able!
