A few weeks ago, the MPH community said goodbye to Jenn J., a founding athlete, as she headed South to pursue school, family and a career. Jenn was one of the first to see major results from our training program, back in 2008(!). Through everything—including another marathon and the ensuing chaos after that—she remained a loyal and positively upbeat MPH-er. We will miss her very much.

    Jenn, we will truly miss you! You had a great influence on me in terms of adopting the paleo diet, and I have always admired your free spirit and creativity. Let us know where you wind up finding a new crossfit home! Take care,
