    OTB – Crossfit Oahu

    Skill Practice – Bottoms up KB planks and pushups

    WOD – 20 min AMRAP:
    10 box jumps, 24″ (sub: lunges)
    10 feet elevated (20″) pushups
    10 KB swings (20 kg)
    *every two minutes, perform 6 burpees

    Total: 6 rounds, 6 KB swings. Burpees still suck in paradise.
