***Important Announcement***
MPH will be closed on Monday, January 21 for the Martin Luther King Day holiday. We will resume a normal class schedule on Tuesday, January 22.

Volume and intensity have been high over the last few weeks. Take the long weekend to recover: sleep in (on both days), get out your lacrosse balls and aggressively mobilize your hips and shoulders, eat for performance, and, most importantly, relax.
