      This one’s a doozy. Mel — would one expect better times doing the filthy 50 the standard way or in reverse order?

        Josh,

        I’m not sure. I suppose it’s “easier” to get the burpees and wall ball out of the way first, and most people tend to string together double unders better when they are less fatigued (i.e., when the movement is first, rather than last). But in the end, you are still doing 500 reps.
