    In this mornings 7am class there was a question about someone who supposedly did 38 rounds of Cindy. Well folks its true. It was Chris Spealler in the 2009 games. He completed 1140 reps in 1200 seconds. That’s only 60 seconds of rest. Article attached. If it was anyone else I would doubt it, but not Chris.

      what’s funny is that as we were having that convo this a.m., i was thinking, if there’s one guy who could do that, it’s Chris Spealler…hah.

    Coaches – I couldn’t find the WOD results from the Miami competition to see how folks did with this. Do you have a link by chance? Just curious. Thanks!

      Female results from the “elite” division are on this page. The second column of scores (Event 2) lists the final weight that the women lifted in the complex.
