*Burpee debt accrues in 10 repetition intervals, every time a set of double unders is broken. Any burpee debt will be completed after the completion of the last 200m run, so as not to preclude intensity. The clock does not stop until your burpee debt is completed.

This workout is to be completed in long sleeves, and is scored by the time and burpee debt.

    I am preparing my longsleeves and for the bazillion burpees I’ll be doing at the end of the WOD. May also procure a hat to wear backwards in an attempt to be further “Like Mike” for this one!

    So sad that I am missing this one. I had my long sleeves and hat all ready to go. . Unfortunately I had to do battle with the flu…ugh! On a positive note I did get my core work in…Yikes! Did anyone get the license of the truck that hit me?
