MPH will be closed on Monday, February 18 for the Presidents Day holiday. We will resume a normal class schedule on Tuesday, February 19.

Congratulations all for completing the MPH Paleo Challenge! Now, before you run off and have a cheat day for the record books, remember how good you felt and performed while eating cleanly.

Volume and intensity have been high over the last few weeks. Take the long weekend to recover: sleep in (on both days), get out your lacrosse balls and aggressively mobilize your hips and shoulders, eat for performance, and, most importantly, relax.

Rest—for the next two days.
