    60x lateral burpee
    30x assisted single leg squat
    10 clean pull @ 135 lbs

    80 reps

    100 power snatch, 45 lbs, alternating partners
    every 10 reps of snatch, each partner does 5 KB thrusters R and 5 KB thrusters L, 25 lbs
