Most of the competitors after 13.5 (the other picture is being submitted to CrossFit.com!). And now, the next chapter begins…

as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:
1x power clean @ 225/155-lbs.
1x hang squat clean
1x front squat
1x squat clean

then, three rounds; rest amply between rounds:
max ring dip
max strict bodyrow

This workout is scored by the number of repetitions completed of each exercise from all three rounds.

Compare results to January 24, 2011.

    Team CrossFit MPH finished 76th in the Mid-Atlantic Region this year! I am pretty sure that’s our best showing ever. It’s been a blast following along, cheering for everyone, and seeing how the Open makes our community stronger each and every year. You are all amazing!
