Congratulations Christy P., for winning the Mid Atlantic region of the 2013 Reebok CrossFit Games Open (20th Place worldwide) and moving on to the Mid Atlantic Regional final!

From Friday, June 7 through Sunday, June 9, Christy P. will compete in the 2013 Reebok CrossFit Mid Atlantic Regional final at the Prince George’s Sports & Learning Complex in Landover, MD. Our region includes athletes from Pennsylvania, Maryland, Washington D.C., West Virginia, Virginia and North Carolina. From a field of 48 women, only three will qualify for the 2013 Reebok CrossFit Games in Los Angeles, CA.

Please plan to make the short drive and spend part of that weekend with the MPH crew as we cheer on Christy!

    Thanks guys! Great work to everyone who participated in the open, whether you competed or not! We all did the programming that prepared us for the workouts and supported each other in our training. That’s what makes us great!
