    Great WOD in the upgraded MPH. CTB felt effortless with all that music behind me. Chris C. I expect at least 12 rounds in this WOD since its your play list – really liked your taylor swift selection, too…

    Wod from Crossfit Committed in Prague,

    On Friday the wod was 21-15-9, burpees, wall-balls and v-ups. I did it in 7:51

    Today we did some strength (3 rounds of 5 shoulder presses at 105lbs, max strict pull-ups (10-9-8) and 20 single leg squats) then I did the following wod in 7:25
    3 rounds for time
    3 hang power clean 135lbs
    6 2-in-1 wall balls
    9 clapping pushups
    12 burpees

    Coaches, I tried as hard as possible to do everything with the best form to make MPH proud and they actually complemented my form at the end of the wod (Mike don’t even think of saying anything. I know what you are going to say anyway)
