    Rest about 20 minutes then:
    seven minutes, every minute, on-the-minute:
    3x clean and jerk
    165(3)-165(3)-165(2)-155(2)-155(2)-155(2)-155(3)
    Definitely not feeling a lot of “pop”, hence only got 2 reps for some of the middle sets

    rested about 10 minutes then:
    five rounds for time:
    3x clean and jerk @ 135-lbs.
    10x burpee + pull-up
    9:55
    calves felt like they were going to cramp. 135# felt good! But Bur-PU were slow! Jump to bar maybe 8″ above reach
