Sunday, September 22: 5Ton 5K, Columbia, MD
Last year, we participated in the teams division and took home the number one spot! If you are interested in participating this year in the Rx’d or scaled divisions, please sign up at MPH as soon as possible—we will be forming teams the week of August 19.
Saturday, October 5 and Sunday, October 6: Mid-Atlantic Hopper Challenge Baltimore, MD
MPH will be sending individual athletes to this event. We posted an announcement in Saturday’s post—registration both opened and closed yesterday—nearly every division was sold out in less than five minutes. Come out to support our athletes at this competition!
Saturday, October 12: Civilian Military Combine, Bryce Mountain, VA
We would like everyone to participate in this event—it is only a short (two-hour) drive from MPH! If you are interested in getting in the action, please sign up at MPH as soon as possible–we will be forming teams the week of August 12.
Monday, October 14 (Columbus Day): We will conduct a CrossFit Total as the Workout of the Day. During a CrossFit Total, we find your one-rep maxes in three lifts—the back squat, shoulder press, and deadlift. These 75-minute classes are loaded in MINDBODY., and they will be held at 730a, 845a and 10a.
