Announcing the first MPH Presidential Physical Fitness Test! Inspired by the Presidential Physical Fitness Test that we all took in gym class in middle school and high school, this workout consists of several short tests, each designed to measure capacity in an area of fitness. Of course, we took out the silly ones and added actual measures of fitness have added our own updates to make it a more well-rounded test. This event is open to all MPH-ers, and will be held on Sunday, November 3 (MPH is closed for the Capital Throwdown on Saturday, November 2). Registration is open in MINDBODY. Sign up today!
