    20 minute EMOM
    Odd minutes 3 muscle-up
    Even minutes 4 power clean (235/155) then 10 pullups

    Did banded muscle ups with a skinny red band and 115 for the cleans (definitely didn’t get 10 pullups in every minute, but neither did anyone else!)

    Then…(after about 10 minutes rest)

    3 rounds for time of
    10 shoulder to overhead (155/105)
    10 overhead squat

    7:02 (85lbs)
