New t-shirts have been ordered, and will arrive shortly! This American Apparel gear comes in both heather grey and neon blue for men, and heather grey and pink burnout for women. We also ordered a limited quantity of heather grey hoodies. The winner of the slogan contest earlier this year was “Pick Up The Bar,” but this already appears on several affiliate t-shirts. Besides, “Raise The Bar” goes better with the way we roll…

Complete 20 minutes, every minute, on-the-minute where the odd intervals are 7x front squat, and the even intervals are 5x strict supine ring row and 15x box jump, 24″ platform.

This workout is scored by the load used.
