    @CrossFit Impetus in Playa del Carmen, Mexico:

    Warmup: 12 minutes, every 3 minutes:
    30x squat
    15x burpee
    200m run

    Then: 5 minutes pullup practice

    Then, 7 minute AMRAP
    5x wall ball (20/14)
    10x pullup
    15x double under

    I completely forgot what it feels like to workout in heat and humidity and no ac, and it sucks! I was crushed after the warmup!

    Completed 5 rounds of the AMRAP, and now back to vacation!
