    Warmup: 100 push-ups
    Then: 5 minutes double under practice

    WOD: Death by double unders. Complete 5 double unders the first minute and add 5 double unders every minute. Stop when you can no longer complete all of the double unders in the minute

    After bash: 100 sit-ups for time

    Got through 50 double unders and couldn’t finish the round of 55 (I think it was minute 11 for the round of 55)…it ended up being great skill work!

    4:03 for the sit-ups…and 100 push-ups is so not a warmup. Ouch! Looking forward to returning to MPH, although is rather keep the weather here in Mexico!
