Did Diane (21-15-9 Deadlift, Handstand pushup (115lbs)) at CrossFit Falls Church 7:00 (sub, d.b. strict press 20lbs). It was a fun class. We did kipping handstand push up progressions to start, which was really fun. It can’t compare to MPH, but it may be a good new CrossFit home for me.
