The Saturday 11:30a Workout of the Day class will be moving to 11a, and the Saturday Barbell Team class will be moving to 1p, beginning this Saturday, August 9.

    High hang Squat Snatch + low hang squat snatch + squat snatch (75, 85, 90, 90, 90, 90)

    Then, 16:00 EMOM where odd minutes are 5x TnG Deadlifts (@ 215 lbs) and even minutes are 5x HSPU (or just eccentric only HSPU for me)

    The (cuz why not), for quality 30x (alt total) Turkish Getups @ 25 lbs

    I’m tired… But not complaining 😉
