High hang Squat Snatch + low hang squat snatch + squat snatch (75, 85, 90, 90, 90, 90)
Then, 16:00 EMOM where odd minutes are 5x TnG Deadlifts (@ 215 lbs) and even minutes are 5x HSPU (or just eccentric only HSPU for me)
The (cuz why not), for quality 30x (alt total) Turkish Getups @ 25 lbs
