OTB at USCrossfit in Encinitas CA. 16 minutes – EMOM 30 seconds of alternating weakness work (for me kipping and single leg squats) then a 2 person team WOD of 100x burpees (teammate held 25lb dumbells overhead during ‘rest’); 100x 25lb dbl snatches (over head hang during rest); 100x 18″ box jump-overs (plank hold rest). My partner, Nancy and I finished in 20:23. Big fun!
