The Saturday 11:30a Workout of the Day class will be moving to 11a, and the Saturday Barbell Team class will be moving to 1p, beginning tomorrow, August 9.

    OTB at USCrossfit in Encinitas CA. 16 minutes – EMOM 30 seconds of alternating weakness work (for me kipping and single leg squats) then a 2 person team WOD of 100x burpees (teammate held 25lb dumbells overhead during ‘rest’); 100x 25lb dbl snatches (over head hang during rest); 100x 18″ box jump-overs (plank hold rest). My partner, Nancy and I finished in 20:23. Big fun!
