***Important Announcement***
MPH will begin moving to our new space—1457 Church Street—today, Friday, October 3! Classes will run as normal in the morning, but there will be no 12p class today. MPH will be closed on Saturday, October 4, as we transfer all of the equipment (including Big Red!) and flooring to the new space. We will also likely be closed for the morning classes on Monday, October 6, as well as for the noon class, but we will be OPEN at 1457 in the evening.

We guarantee that you will get a workout today, Saturday and Sunday if you help us move—we will need significant assistance farmer’s carrying our equipment the 75m between spaces, as well as in laying our new matting! Please join us! We need you! If you can help, please respond to the Facebook group post. If you do not have Facebook, please send us an email.

We are looking forward to being in our new, beautiful space, and we thank you in advance for all of your help and support as we move!
