The next MPH Presidential Physical Fitness Test will be held on Saturday, December 20! Inspired by the Presidential Physical Fitness Test that we all took in gym class in middle school and high school, this event consists of several short tests, each designed to measure capacity in an area of fitness. It’s open to all MPH athletes—both old and new! Registration is open in MINDBODY. Sign up today!

suicide course, 3x 12-ft. turnaround
3x burpee

then, as many repetitions as possible in four minutes:
rope climb, 12-ft.

then, as many repetitions as possible in five minutes:
single-arm snatch @ 55/35-lbs.

Compare results to March 15, 2012.

then, as many repetitions as possible in five minutes:
squat + max vertical jump, 12″ target above maximum standing reach
