MPH will be closed from Wednesday, December 24 through Thursday, January 1.
- This will be an important, prescribed rest for all of us, athletes and coaches, as there is no “off season” in our sport. Rest and recovery are essential to maintaining the mental and physical intensity required for long-term success. There will be no posted workouts during this time, and instead, a programmed break from all CrossFit activities.
- We will resume a normal workout schedule on Friday, January 2, 2015.
Thank you for all of your hard work this year. It is truly our pleasure to work with such a fine group of people. We can’t believe all that our gym has accomplished in 2014, and our beautiful, huge new space could only have been possible with all of your support and help, every step of the way.
As you enjoy your holidays, please take a moment to recall your firsts this year at MPH—first pull-ups, muscle-ups, new movements, benchmark workouts. We say it every year, but it takes a special person to be a CrossFit-er. Just by accepting the challenge of each day’s workout, and therefore by doing what does not come easily, you are on your way to becoming a better version of yourself. We are proud of you.
